Section 17
Organizational Structure and Staffing of the Commission
(1) The organizational structure of the Commission and the appointment of employees shall be as approved by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commission.
(2) The Government of Nepal will provide the necessary personnel for the operation and management of the commission.
